I have a single picture I took two years ago of a house that was quite obviously very old. It had been made into a 4 apartment unit but it certainly looked like it was ready to fall off the side of the property. The funny part about this old house, was, not only that it was very ugly but that it was literally hanging on a drop of about 10 meters almost straight down. Below it is a busy roadway. Apparently, the house was for sale and I am almost certain that it would be more for the land than anything else. However, I am not really sure how they could build anything new there. The building to the right of this unit was relatively new so they certainly aren't going anywhere. I have a suspicion that they would most certainly have to close the road down below for a day or two if they decided to bulldoze the building. I'm certain most of it would probably fall down the hill.
Unfortunately, my memory has failed me as to where this house was located. I have a feeling though that someone might be able to fill me in on that information and if it is still standing there.
