Old Grain Silo in Spruce Grove
One of the farthest new subdivisions being developed in Spruce Grove (towards the west) has had an interesting little artifact sitting in the middle of the future development area since they started to develop it a few years ago. It's an old wooden grain silo of some sort that's definitely seen better days.
I'm not sure if it has always sat exactly where it is now or if it had been moved there during the land transformation plans. Either way, I found it entertaining that it has been allowed to stand for the duration of the land development and that vandals and arsonists haven't even touched it. It does have some harmless graffiti on it, but that's about it.
